Reference Standard Meter:

SZ-01A-K3 wide-range standard meter uses the newest electric technique in the world. The core of

SZ-01A-K3 is high-speed DSP、CPLD and Single Chip Micyoco (SCM), it has the high-speed A/D translator with self-calibration at the same time. It can sample AC signal in high speed and deal with it in special way by DSP, this makes the circuit much simpler. It can calculate and measure AC signal exactly.

Single constant electric pulse output of SZ-01A-K3 advantages the user. It can measure voltage、

current、active power、reactive power、apparent power、phase angle、power factor、frequency etc at the same time. It takes many kinds of balance technique and methods of data processing, in order to get the 0.05% RD of relative error.

SZ-01A-K3 has strong ability of communication. There are two communication ports on rear

board-RS-232 and RS-485, they can connect PC or calibration platform respectively. Connect PC to RS-232 to calibrate the meter. Meter can realize long-distance communication through the telephone line when its RS-232 port is connected to a Modem, thus the meter can send the data to internet and realize long-distance automatic measure.

Customized Part:

Rack:

  1. In total of 48-meter position distribute on two sets of meter mounting/test racks, side by side arrangement, each mounting rack with two rows layout, 12 positions for each row.
  2. There is a three-colour indicator light on the top of rack which neighbour to the power source cabinet.
  3. Each meter position equips a GENY standard QCD (D5-4P), a push hand, a scanning head, an error display window and a DB9M socket (see following picture).
  4. All the current cable wiring in the rack is 35mm2.
  5. Two current channel wiring and switch relay are installed in trucking on the rack.
  6. DB9M socket is for RS232, RS232 is offered by multi serial port server for parallel communication is installed under the rack.

 

Cabinet:

  1. Manual control device and two current channel switches are installed on the front panel of power source cabinet.
  2. Two current channel switch control board is installed in the cabinet.
  3. All the current cable in cabinet are 30mm2.

 

Quick Connection Device Introduction

  1. QCD designed to be able to test single phase meter types.
  2. Pins can be spring loaded to avoid too much stress to the meter terminal connection.
  3. Minimum distance between two adjacent pins (minimum pitch) can be down to 11mm apart.
  4. Entire row of pins can be shifted back and forth a small distance from its normal position.
  5. Current pins can withstand 100A for long periods (minimum 5 minutes).
  6. Terminal pins designed for easy removal for cases when setup needs to be changed.

 

***Other accessories include suitable copper cabling, voltage clamps, signal pulse input wires, One Indication lamp on top of the test bench – Amber light – power indicator (Voltage present at the terminal) Red light – Problem indicator

Green light – Program running (software controllable), Emergency stop located on both side of the test bench, Power socket located on the power source.
